Mental Performance Coaching
Mental Performance Coaching helps athletes, competitors, performers, and professionals sharpen their mindset. We take an approach of helping you “do simple, well,” through building practical and sustainable tools to perform and manage the pressure of meeting expectations in your field.

What is Mental Performance Coaching?
This practice involves developing practical, simple, repeatable strategies and systems that can have a profound impact on managing stress, boosting self-belief, improving emotional regulation, defining direction, and optimizing performance.
Mental performance coaching can be for individuals who are trying to break a slump or decrease in performance, for those already performing to expectations and want to maintain, or those simply looking to learn new skills and strategies to grow.
At Washington Sport Psychology, we’re here to support you at any stage across the continuum—whether you're working to recover, maintain, or enhance your performance.
